1. How is this product made?
Our sea moss soap bars are handmade using the cold press method. The soap is formed as a result of a chemical reaction otherwise known as ‘saponification’ which happens when lye is combined with water and essential oils. This product is 100% natural and contains no chemicals or synthetic preservatives.
2. Are your sea moss soap bars suitable for people with eczema or psoriasis?
Yes, for people with psoriasis or eczema using sea moss soap and body butter may strengthen the natural barrier of the skin and reduce itchiness and skin irritation associated with these conditions.
3. Is this product intended for use only on the face or the entire body?
Sea moss soap can be used on both the entire body as well as the delicate skin on your face. We do recommend doing a patch test to determine if the product is suitable for you.
4. How long can this sea moss soap bar last me?
This depends on the frequency of use and whether or not you take good care of the soap between uses. Ensure that the soap and the soap holder you will keep it on is fully dried.
5. Will the soap I receive look exactly like it does on the product thumbnail images?
The soap bars vary in size, shape and weight because they are handcrafted, but the product thumbnails are a realistic representation of what you can expect to receive when you order.
