Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of email and / or SMS. The notification will contain parcel tracking information as well as order details. During the checkout process customers are given the opportunity to choose the courier service through which to receive their goods.
Export Restrictions
The products on this website are primarily available to customers in Tanzania, Kenya, Burundi, Uganda, South Africa, Mozambique, Lesotho and Swaziland. Customers in Botswana and Namibia with the relevant import documents can place bulk orders but our retail offering does not cater to them. Customers from countries other than those listed above can place orders by sending an email to sales@wfnnaturals.com.
Returns and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods by WFN Naturals is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, WFN Naturals will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.
