Use the order number (beginning with the prefix WFN) if the order was placed online, if you received an invoice from our sales team then the reference should be the invoice number (begins with the prefix INV).

Once your order is placed you will get an SMS notification with the estimated delivery time. You will also be able to request updates from our sales team at any point using your unique order number. Once the product is back in stock it will be shipped as soon as possible and you will receive an order dispatch notification via SMS with the tracking number for your parcel.
