On rare occasions, something happens that may compromise the quality of your experience with our brand, if you direct a complaint to us in writing, our support team will attend to your matter and work with you to find a resolution.
We'll resolve the issue
After receiving your written complaint, our support team will respond within two working days. Please note that we will only address the concerns of customers who provide an order number (Format: WFNXXXX) and only complaints sent to us via email will be addressed. Upon receiving and acknowledging your complaint, we will investigate the issue and contact you directly to get the information necessary for us to help you. We will respond in writing within 14 days of your complaint being lodged and we will resolve the problem if a failure of our systems and processes was the cause.
