You can access our products from any part of the world. Although we only have a physical presence in Tanzania and South Africa, we are able to reach at least 26 countries globally. This page provides detailed delivery related information which has been organized according to each major region that we are able to deliver our products to. How Delivery Works
We have organized the information below according to the regions we have customers in and the slight variations in how the dispatch and delivery process works for that particular area.
The lead time on all orders is 2-3 working days. During weeks where there are public holidays there may be delays of a few days with delivery.
All orders are dispatched once the payment clears in our account.
Delivery is only guaranteed to be delivered to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Verification of the identity of the person receiving goods cannot be done. Individuals accepting the goods at the delivery address on the date of delivery shall be considered authorised by the customer to receive delivery on their behalf, and shall also be responsible to perform the duties of checking for damages or shortages.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery of orders shall be handled by contracted third-party delivery service providers. Delivery shall be made strictly on a ‘door-to-door’ basis.
Tanzania
Orders that are placed before 12 Midday are processed and dispatched the same day. We deliver on weekdays and weekends. If your order is placed on a public holiday then it will be dispatched on the next working day.
South Africa
All orders that are placed before 12 midday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders are only dispatched on weekdays and orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on the next Monday. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an SMS notification with the tracking number for your parcel. Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided during checkout as we will not be held accountable for any additional costs incurred as a result of delivery to the wrong address.
Deliveries to outlying areas such as farms or small towns may take longer and may also be subject to additional charges. In the event where goods have been shipped out via third party delivery service provider, and a reasonable number of delivery arrangements and/or attempts are proven to be unsuccessful due to customers not responding or cooperating, goods will be returned back to our warehouse and customer may be held liable for the return costs incurred.
Delivery costs are calculated and applied automatically during the checkout process. The total delivery cost will depend on factors such as the size of your order as well as your particular location in South Africa, Tanzania or the world.
Tanzania
Whilst our local delivery partners in Tanzania do not offer you the option to track your parcel. We will send a dispatch notification with your unique order number and you will be able to use it to track the progress of your shipment using our website's order tracking page. We will also provide all the information that will be necessary for you to pick up your order once it arrives at your destination.
South Africa
Our delivery partner in South Africa is the Courier Guy and to follow up on your parcel you would simply need to visit their website and insert the tracking number you received (in the dispatch notification SMS) into the relevant field.
Europe & the Americas
To ship orders to this region we use the services of EMS. Once the parcel is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number which you can use to track your shipment on the delivery company's website.
When a particular product is not available it will appear as being on back order on our website. In this case, there will be a waiting period (typically 14 days) before the product is available again. Once your order is purchased you will get an SMS notification which will give you an idea of when you can expect to receive your parcel. You will also be able to request updates from our sales team at any point using your unique order number. Once the product is back in stock it will be shipped as soon as possible and you will receive an order dispatch notification via SMS with the tracking number for your parcel.
To build your trust in our brand, we verify the identities and keep a database of all distributors of our products. This is a mechanism intended to protect resellers and consumer by allowing us to have control over who can publicly claim to be selling products that are manufactured by us.
